Department of Forest Engineering

The Department of Forest Engineering aims to produce wood and harvest forest biomass resources using labor-saving, low-cost,and safe processes. To that end, we are engaged in the development of efficient harvesting systems for forest resources; infrastructure maintenance technologies for forestry road networks; technologies for streamlining, facilitating and ensuring the safety of forestry operations; and technologies for upgrading and controlling forestry machinery.
