In the Tama Forest Science Garden, you can see them and hear their distinctive ''kitchi-kitchi-kitchi'' call from October to March here and there in the Cherry Tree Presevation Forest. They have a habit of preserving insects, frogs, and the like, by impaling them on twigs. |
